Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete their own work.  The tutor's services will be instructive and constitute learning, not cheating. More specifically, the tutor will not complete assignments, write papers, take quizzes or otherwise do work on the student's behalf. Further, the services that the tutor offers will not violate the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of the student's school, university, academic institution or workplace.

 

 

No Shows and Cancellation

If the student does not show up for a scheduled tutoring session without giving notice, the student will be billed the full amount for that session.

 

If the student cancels a tutoring session on less than 6 hours notice, the student may be billed for that session. The student may cancel a tutoring session up to one hour before the scheduled time for reasons of a family emergency or sickness and apply any pre‐payment to a future session.

 

If the tutor cancels a session for any reason, we will apply any pre-payment to a future session that the tutor and student agree upon.

 

 

Expiration Date and Refunds

All passes expire after 1 year of purchase.  There will be no refunds issued.    If the student cancels a prepaid session, a refund will not be issued.    Any pre-payment must be applied to a future session.

 

 

No Guarantees or Warranties. 

MathematiCUSE does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of tutoring. MathematiCUSE will provide a tutor to help the student succeed. The rest depends on the student.
